Outdoor House League
We’re excited to offer this new league as a fun, inclusive way for players to enjoy real games each week, build friendships, and grow through play.
⚽ What is the House League?
It’s a fun, community-based program where Umoja teams play against each other in a supportive and inclusive environment. The focus is on enjoyment, teamwork, and learning through the game.
📍 Location:
Fern Avenue Public School (128 Fern Ave, Toronto, ON M6R 1K5)
🏟️ Game Format: 5v5
All games will be played in a 5v5 format, which means more touches on the ball, more involvement, and a faster pace — perfect for learning and fun.
🏃♀️ Can We Add Training Too?
Absolutely! Some families choose to combine House League with one or two Foundation training sessions during the week for additional skill development:
Girls can train on: Monday, Wednesday, or Sunday
Boys can train on: Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday
Others simply prefer to stick with weekend games only, for a more relaxed and social experience — both approaches are great.
📅 Schedule (Fixed Weekly Times by Age & Gender):
The House League will run for 8 weeks, from May 10th to June 29th.
Saturdays – Girls:
10:00am – Ages 7–9
11:00am – Ages 10–12
Sundays – Boys:
10:00am – Ages 7–9
11:00am – Ages 10–12
Each group plays at a consistent time each week, so families can plan their weekends without uncertainty.
🤝 Friend Requests Welcome
If your child wants to play with a friend, just make sure both families submit the same friend request during registration, and we’ll do our best to place them on the same team.
👕 Includes Under Armour Jersey
Each player will receive one Under Armour Umoja jersey, included with registration. Teams will wear different colors to easily identify sides and build a real match-day feel.
